I have an extensive background in the arts, culture, creative industries, social enterprise and charitable sectors, and also in business planning, managing and leading change. This has come from my employment, freelance consultancy and from voluntary roles.
I have acquired a wealth of contacts and networks of people and organisations who want to connect, collaborate and develop. If I can’t help directly I can signpost you to organisations, consultants or specialists who can.

Pippa has a very extensive and strategic knowledge of the cultural sector networks and investment which has built up since when I first worked with her through my role in Museums, Libraries and Archives, when she was Head of Culture at the Government Office of the SW and Executive Director of Culture SW. She has been a leader in the development of place based cultural partnerships, and national strategic initiatives, including working with the Higher Education and Creative Industries sectors. She has researched and authored excellent national work on rural issues, working with Government departments, and brokering new partnerships and new ways of working for cultural organisations.
Over the years, Pippa Warin has forged a powerful reputation as an empathetic friend and colleague to both Arts Council England and the south west’s arts and cultural sector. Her understanding of public policy and the role arts and culture can play within it is unparalleled in my estimation. Pippa’s ability to utilise that depth of knowledge and breadth of perspective to achieve tangible results was one of the hallmarks of her time at Arts Council England, as the development of cultural partnerships in many different contexts has demonstrated.
Pippa’s support and insight has been invaluable in helping with strategic planning, progressing grants and identifying key areas for development. As a creative not-for-profit social enterprise we have benefitted from her wide ranging networks and contacts helping to form partnerships and collaborations. We have appreciated her thoughtful, focussed approach.
